This technique is very appreciated in the Haute Couture for its quality of finishing. Succession of gestures of patience and precision, it requires much more time than a classic sewing. Indeed, it consists in making two seams, first one with the fabrics back to back, then the other with the fabrics right sides together. The Kim Wimmer atelier is one of the last in the world to practice invisible sewing on its luxury ready-to-wear collections.
